MPS14000

Plexpack's MPS 14000 is a versatile high performance sealer that provides an ideal solution for a wide range of applications where high throughput and validatable sealing are priorities. The MPS 14000 provides high speed hermetic sealing on any type of heat sealable bag, up to 12 mil/300 micron thick (6 mil/150 micron maximum when gusseted). The sealing process can be adjusted to accommodate variations in material and bag style, ensuring reliable seal integrity on every bag. 

With dual heating and cooling zones, Plexpack’s NEMA-rated MPS14000 delivers high-speed validatable sealing at an extraordinary 1500 inches (3810 cm) per minute on any style heat sealable bag, including paper poly and heavy-duty materials. The Emplex ACS Series delivers high speed sealing for horizonal and angled product handling applications. The ACS 7200 comes with 10 inches (25.4 cm) of heat and 10 inches (25.4 cm) of cooling. Sealing processes can be adjusted to accommodate variations in material, ensuring reliable seal integrity on every bag. The ACS seals any heat sealable bag and pouch up to 12 mil/300 micron in thickness (6 mil/150 micron maximum when gusseted). Common upgrades include inkjet printers, bag top trimmers, camera systems and robotic handling.
