Emplex Validatable Bag and Pouch Sealers
Provide precise process control for temperature, pressure, dwell time, and seal quality. All medical systems include visual and audio alarms for heat, speed, pressure, and motor reverse feed. Optional touchscreen HMI controls provide advanced data collection, process management, and set up functions. Process components are user calibratable. An external J-type thermocouple jack comes standard.
Vacuum and Gas Flush Systems
Emplex Bag and Pouch Sealing solutions provide exceptional seal integrity on all materials typically used for packaging medical instruments or disposable devices, IV bags, suture kits, medical draping, bandages, gauze, and other sterile products.
