BluGlacier, one of the world's largest salmon producers, needed to protect its product across a long export supply chain. lexpack built a custom, heavy-duty Damark™ shrink wrapping system that wraps foam containers of fresh salmon in clear, high-strength film at up to 27 containers per minute. Constructed from stainless steel with a NEMA 4 rating, the line withstands the humidity and frequent washdowns of a fish processing plant. The fully automatic machine can be operated by one person, reducing manual labor and increasing productivity.
