As many of you are doing, we are making real-time decisions that balance the responsibility of keeping our team and communities safe and healthy, while also supporting the essential businesses we serve.

Fortunately, we are having some success on both counts. Our team remains healthy and eager to serve. We also are proud to do our part in supporting the supply chain by providing packaging solutions and assistance for several food and healthcare companies providing essential services.

As all of us continue to assess our intense and changing situations, we want to share with you some of the actions we are taking.

We’re Here for You and Our Team

Helping our customers adapt to their changing flexible packaging needs has always been at the core our business—providing the right solution, with certain results, when they need it and at a return on investment that makes sense for their business.

We have responded with immediate shipment of stock machines for COVID-related orders. In the past month we have shipped 20 machines for COVID-related needs, including an automotive company that retooled to produce masks for healthcare providers. We have also fulfilled the demands of more than 11 machines to food companies whose needs have changed due to increased demand or new requirements. We continue to give priority to essential services such as healthcare, food, and manufacturing companies transitioning their operations to aid COVID affected efforts.

We are maintaining a modified operations crew in our production facility where stringent health and safety protocols have been implemented, including social distancing of personnel and work areas, use of proper PPE, and on-going sanitization of facilities and equipment.

Our sales and management teams are working remotely and continue to provide ongoing support to our customers and on-site team. Our parts and service team are also standing by to offer support as needed.
