Responding to COVID19

Yesterday we made the decision to suspend our production operations until April 1st due to the outbreak of COVID19. While we are fortunate in that our entire team remains in good health, we believe this is the responsible choice for the safety of our employees and their families, our customers, our suppliers and our business partners. Though this was no easy decision to make we knew we had to do our part for our local and global communities. 

However, we know how important it is to support each other through times of uncertainty. We want you to know that we have not gone anywhere. You can count on us to be there for you. 

Members of our team capable of working remotely are continuing to do so throughout this period. Our sales and management teams remain available and ready to work with you through this time. Our service team is also standing by to offer support to you remotely. Should you require service contact them at service@plexpack.com

Though our production has halted we are still fulfilling in-stock part orders. Should you need to order any please contact the parts department at parts@plexpack.com.  

We are continuing to monitor the situation and are prepared to support changing needs as the situation evolves.  

Do not hesitate to reach out to our team at any time with questions or concerns you may have. We know that especially now supporting each other matters and we are standing by.
