Remote Services

Did you know that we demo’d a new service product at Pack Expo Las Vegas? To introduce the new program, we used it in the Amazing Packaging Race where we had tasked teams with fixing a MPS 7503. What was this new service, you might wonder? Live, Visual, Remote Service.  While we have always had remote service, as of September 2019, we introduced visual-remote service using Goto Assist SeeIt. Every team in the race was easily able to present the problem (the heat settings for the machine were way of) to the rep (me) and together we were able to raise the seal temperature.

This program has also been used to fix installation errors, diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Here is how you can set up a remote service meeting:

  1. Call or email one of our reps and agree on a time to conduct a remote service session
  2. Install GoToAssist Seeit on your mobile device through your provider’s app store
  3. Receive a text or email with the meeting code
  4. Open meeting
  5. Turn on sound and give camera access
  6. Get to fixin’!
