Integrated system diagnostics allow our machine users to monitor key machine components. This prevents damage to the machine or customer’s product in the case of a system failure. Integrated system diagnostics look for:

Motor brush hours
- This function is resettable
- The warning alerts customers to change motor brushes
Heating element hours
- This function is resettable
- This warning alerts customers to change heating elements
Teflon band distance travelled
- This function is resettable
- This warning alerts the user to change bands
Sealing and cooling bar hours
- This function is resettable
- This alarm alerts the user to change heating and cooling bars
Infeed belt distance travelled
- This function is resettable
- This alert tells the user to grease belts
Total machine hours
- This function is non-resettable and discloses the hours of machine use
