Our thoughts are with you, your families and your businesses as global populations are adapting to and fighting the COVID-19 pandemic. We continue to engage with and monitor health organizations, government officials and other companies. We make decisions with the best available information while prioritizing public safety and the welfare of our customers and our team. As we do, we work to keep you appraised of the real-time decisions we are making, the work we have been doing and the actions we have been taking.

From Our Team to Yours

We have been fortunate in that our team remains healthy, and we can continue the essential work we do. So when our customers called upon us with urgent needs created by the pandemic- we were there. Grateful for the opportunity to support our customers in frontline and essential businesses, we responded by altering our production to focus on our COVID-19 orders.

By providing immediate shipment of stock machines for COVID-related orders and prioritizing urgent-need requests, we assisted our customers as quickly as possible. In the span of 8 weeks, we shipped 36 machines for COVID-related needs- and we continue to fulfill these orders as they continue to come in.

We are proud to be doing our part in supporting essential supply chains, providing packaging solutions to food and healthcare companies, as well as other businesses providing essential services. 

We continue to dedicate our time to providing all our customers reliable, affordable solutions, with certain results, when they need it.

Our facilities have nearly returned to regular operation, with an almost full crew on-site. We continue to uphold stringent health and safety protocols, including physical distancing of personnel and work areas, proper PPE use, and ongoing sanitization of facilities and equipment.

Remote work continues with our sales and management teams to provide ongoing support to our customers and on-site team. Our parts and service team are also standing by to offer support as needed.
