Our TR60 front end trimmer can be added to all our MPS, ACS, and Fusion series sealers. This geared trimmer sits on the front end of the sealer and is driven by the sealers infeed carrying belt. 

The unit can be easily removed for servicing or for non-trimmed sealing. The blade is height adjustable for accurate trim positioning and can be set to eliminate the 'tail' prdouced above the sealer.  

The scrap is positively removed by our trim belt systems so there is no need for fan blowers or vacuum systems.  

Note that if the bag being trimmed is 1.5 mil or less, or if the amount of trim being cut of is less than 2", a vacuum trim system is recommened (and can be added at a later date).
