MPS 14000 Band Sealer

Utilizing 25 inches of heat and 10 inches of vortex air cooling, this bag sealer has enough capacity to seal heavy duty bags of any style (gusseted, multi-wall, laminates, etc.) and any heat sealable material at production rates. With variable speed up to 1500 inches per minute, it can be used with any heat sealable bag in environments where throughput is the top priority.

As standard, the machine comes with a removable sealing module that allows the operator quick change of Teflon bands as well as quick access for cleanout and preventative maintenance.

As with any Emplex sealer, add on options such as conveyors, trimmers, and coders are all available.
