MPS 7100 Band Sealer

The MPS 7100 series are stand alone bag sealers capable of sealing bags up to 2 pounds in weight (on an 8” wide bag, 2 mil bag) without the use of a conveyor.  These sealers are capable of sealing bags up to 12 mil in thickness at production rates (6 mil maximum when gusseted).  These sealers are also ideal for when the speed of an MPS 6000 series machines are not enough to meet your manufacturing needs.  Designed for 24/7 operation, these sealers are suitable for all production environments.

  • Front end bag trimmer for wicketted bags.
  • Emboss coder (link) for putting a code in or above the seal.
  • Dry Ink Printer (link) for putting a code in or above the seal.
  • An Ink Jet Printer that allows you to put any style of code, anywhere on the bag.
