MB-22 Manual Bundling System

The MB-22 is a manual bundling system designed for companies looking for the lowest price point to get into shrink bundling. Whether your production quantities are low, you are looking for a machine to rewrap product, or you are looking for a machine to produce samples, the MB-22 has the versatility to allow you to do any type of bundle wrapping. 

 

Here are the key features of this unit: 

 

  • The MB-22 can wrap unsupported product, such as bottles or cans. It can also wrap supported product in trays or on corrugate sheets.    
  • You can run either clear or printed film on this system.    
  • The cutting mechanism is adjustable left or right to determine the appropriate amount of film. When using print registered material, you line up the registration mark along the cutting line.    
  • The maximum film width is 22”. 
    The MB-22 includes our SZ-24 Shrink Tunnel, which has a chamber 24” wide x 42” long x 12” tall (available in 4” height increments).
